Inspired by a trip to Iceland in March 2014 I decided to create my own travel journal reflecting on the trip as a final project for University.
Containing around 80 photographs spread over 140 pages, THAW is full of visual imagery to support the text and each image was carefully selected to reflect the pace of the trip. The diary pages, scattered throughout the journal are followed by ‘features’, written based on information that I had learnt, found interesting and places that I had visited.
